Burlesque Cocktail Vol5 – Extream Decadence wins the evening

Unfortunately this year there is to be only the one Burlesque Cocktail, this is due to circumstances outside of the organisers control. That said, they were not about to let that put a dampener on the show, and instead put on an evening that was sheer delicious delight.
Starting the evening off was the wonderful duo of Marie le Mint and Mimi de Froufrou, their performances are always a pleasure to watch, and this was to be no exception. I really enjoy the way they move and compliment each other.

Our playboy mummy for this decadent evening was Stella Polaire, her performances are always refreshing, even if you have seen the same performance before, there will still be something that you will have missed and therefore new to see.
Making her début performance during this evening was Lolita Love, and you would not have known it was her début if you had not been told. She moved so well and her performance was fun and enjoyable.

Closing the first part of the show was the ever full of life, Sir Willy Waterlily, his performances are always stirring and he brings so much to the stage, his moves are so well timed and he just seems to merge with the music.

Who better than the wonderfully decadent Lamey Crackhouse to host the evening, she was wearing a new outfit for the evening, and she looked very nice in it, of course it was still the same Lamey inside the dress, and she was amazing.

After the first break we returned to witness Mia Quu, this is the second time I have seen Mia perform, and just as before Mia delighted us with their own style of Burlesque, with precision and elegance.
Vera De Vil followed with her wonderful purple routine, Vera is a fire cracker of fun, and her moves in this routine really showcase that fact with her passion shining through.
Kitty Litter’s Papa loves Mambo, shook and shimmied the evening in such a majestic way, leaving no doubt that this Kitty has claws, and she knows just how to use them.

Tinker Bell rounded out this section of the extreme decadent evening with her wonderfully new Invisible routine, this routine is so enjoyable that there is no way she will ever be forgettable while performing it let alone invisible.

The pick up for the evening was the lovely Sea Breeze, she seemed to be just as good at enjoying the contents of her hip flask as she was at doing her job as pick up.

Bent van der Bleu took us into the final segment of the night with his Dionysus, Bent is the prince of boylesque and this performance just goes to confirm that.

No matter how extreme the decadence may become, a well maintained garden is a must, and Sir Willy Waterlily returned to provide us with inspiration to get what needs to be done, done.
Stella Polaire once again treated us to another performance, and this was something truly hot, she showed how she is able to control not only the audience but the flames of fire as well.
Many of us have heard the saying “pearls of wisdom” and I understand that Lamey Crackhouse is not unkown to enjoy a good pearl necklace, so it was only fitting that on this night of extreme decadence The Finnish Blonde Burlesque Troupe should entertain us with their recent addition to their repertoire Pearl Fisher, this is a welcome addition to a repertoire that is already boasting some great performances.
Our DJ for the evening was the multi talented Lafayette Lestrange.
