Event Calendar Rules/Terms and Conditions
The administrators of Burlesque Finland will no longer be searching social media for events, instead you are invited to send the information for events to the address at the end of the Rules and terms and conditions.
This is a free service and we will never send out requests for payment for this, although donations towards running costs are always welcome.
Rules and Terms and conditions for Event Calendar
- Only Burlesque shows will be included to the events calendar, this means that they are not to be supporting shows for other events.
- Shows need to have 4 or more performers.
- All names of performers are to be included.
- Names of host(s)/Compére/MC/Master of Ceremonies/emcee or announcer to be included.
- Name of DJ to be included (if not the house DJ or other exception).
- Name(s) of Stage Kitten(s) or Pick up Artist(s) to be included.
- Address for venue to be included.
- Name of Event/show to be included.
- Time the Doors open (this does not mean the time the show/event starts).
- Time the show ends if this is before 00:00.
- Date of show/event.
- Promotional picture (must not be larger than 4mb).
- Ticket Price.
- Link to show/event FB event page or online ticket office.
- Although shows/events can be submitted by anyone only the show/event producer can request the show/event is removed from the calendar.
- Producers may request their show/event be removed from the calendar by sending an email to the Burlesque Finland administrators. You must provide proof that you are the producer of that show/event. Send requests to the mail at the end of these rules/terms.
- Shows/events will be added to the calendar as they arrive. Only shows/events with complete requested information will be added to the calendar. These will show on the calendar once added.
- A small promotional post will be made on the Burlesque Finland website 1 week prior the event.
- The administrator’s withhold the right to deny this free service if they feel it necessary.
- Submitting a show/event to the administrators you agree to these Rules/Terms and conditions.
